Artist Tamara Horton Providing Interior Illustrations for “The Blacksmith’s Boy”
Exciting news! In addition to the outstanding cover created by the Wild Ink Publishing team, my upcoming new adult fantasy novel The Blacksmith’s Boy will feature interior illustrations courtesy of artist Tamara Horton. Or Aunt Tammy to me!
Tammy is a long-time fantasy fan, with a particular fondness for Tolkien. She’s also a talented artist who has been drawing for as long as I can remember. When I started working on this book, I wanted her involved – and she wanted to be part of it.
She will have a series of drawings in the book that help bring Bok, Isabella, Avantil, Kotarian, and company to life. Here are just a couple of teasers.
